Terms of service

These terms cover your use of TenantGrade, operated by TenantGrade (“we”, “us”). By starting a scan or buying a report you agree to them.
The service
TenantGrade runs a read-only check of a Microsoft 365 tenant and produces a summary (free) and a full report (paid). The service is provided as is and may change over time.
Your authority to scan
You may only scan a Microsoft 365 tenant that you administer or are authorized to assess on behalf of its owner. By approving the scan you confirm you have that authority. Do not use TenantGrade to access a tenant without permission.
Payment and refunds
The full report is a one-time purchase of $79, charged through Stripe. It is not a subscription. If the report doesn’t load, the scan couldn’t complete, or you’re not satisfied, email hello@tenantgrade.app within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
What the report is (and isn’t)
Findings are produced automatically from data Microsoft returns at the time of the scan. License costs are estimates based on US list prices; your actual prices may differ. The report is information to help you prioritize. It is not legal, compliance or professional security advice, it is not a penetration test, and a good grade does not guarantee your tenant is secure. Review any change before you make it in your tenant.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that every issue in your tenant will be found.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the report in question.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what the scan can read and what we keep.
Ending use
You can stop using TenantGrade at any time and remove its access to your tenant as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend access for misuse of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Terms in effect when you bought a report apply to that purchase.
