The MSP workspace provides a guided consent process and one subscription for the eligible tenants selected at checkout. Additional consented tenants can be added to the existing subscription with a confirmed prorated Stripe invoice.
Questions MSPs ask
Can one authorization scan all my customer tenants?
No. Microsoft requires a separate Global Administrator consent for each customer tenant. Start with one tenant, then repeat for another customer.
Will TenantGrade change client settings or read mailbox contents?
No. The scanning permissions are read-only. TenantGrade does not read email message content or save customer passwords. See the permissions and retention policy.
Can I review more than one customer tenant?
Yes. The MSP workspace can connect multiple tenants in sequence, each with separate admin consent.
Can I use my MSP logo and send white-label reports?
Yes. MSP subscribers can save a company name and a public logo URL, then print branded PDF reports for covered tenants.
Is consolidated billing available automatically?
Yes, for tenants included in the initial MSP checkout. Stripe prices that subscription by the tenant count; adding tenants later adjusts the existing subscription and can generate a prorated charge.
